What we collect
The only personal information we collect comes through the contact form on this site. When you reach out, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The message you send
That's it. We don't collect payment details (those are handled securely by our payment processor), and we don't ask for anything we don't need.
How we use your information
We use your name, email, and message solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide web design and development services. Simple as that.
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal number of cookies — just what's needed to keep the site working properly (things like remembering your session). We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you around the web.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years as part of normal business records. After that period, they are deleted. If we enter into a working relationship, relevant project communications may be kept longer for legitimate business reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data at any time. If you'd like us to remove your information from our records, just send an email to team@shorcraft-web-studio.madethis.app with "Delete my data" in the subject line, and we'll take care of it promptly.
You can also request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that's inaccurate. Same email address — we're easy to reach.
